Values camp

Values camp — schools, families & clubs

We are a sailing school on beautiful Laguna de Bacalar, Quintana Roo. We organise camps and workshops for young people aged 14–21. With five years of experience fostering essential values, we use live learning on sailboats and kayaks — creating smiles, friendship, and a stronger bond with biodiversity.

We build awareness and teamwork through cooperation; we nurture emotional intelligence and leadership; we highlight honesty, empathy, and strengths through individual and group self-discovery.

These values workshops give young people — and sometimes parents or teachers — healthy shared time that strengthens family and friendship ties in a safe, fun setting. Events run 1–3 days for groups of 10–20, tailored to age and interests. We enjoy partnering with schools, sports clubs, associations, and institutions that promote education, inclusion, sport, and nature.

Our social mission is to awaken and add value for people and organisations through sailing, using live dynamics aboard yachts and life on board as a hub for community. We aim to be a recognised centre for sailing in personal and professional life — with customer focus, confidentiality, transparency, integrity, responsibility, ethics, and a drive for results.

Frequently asked questions

What does the workshop bring to children and teens?
Why invest in a values workshop?
Young people need connection beyond social media — with people and nature — especially after the pandemic. We focus on family and community development (schools, clubs…).

Is it expensive?
Not necessarily. Cost depends on the format and scope — from a single fun day to a 3-day camp.

Do participants need sailing experience?
No. We provide training and equipment for a safe programme.

How does it help young people?
It builds habits, principles, and emotional skills; it helps visualise life goals as a foundation for planning — personal, professional, and family growth — and leadership in society.
